marble’s ui was starting to feel like a patchwork — so we built a system to stitch it all together. the result: a flexible design system that brought consistency, efficiency, and sanity to the product experience.
i led the entire effort — from auditing messy old components to building scalable ones in figma, defining a visual language, and syncing closely with engineering to get it all into code.
the impact: smoother handoffs, faster builds, and a product that finally looked and felt like one cohesive experience.
