the zebra’s insurance hub had all the right ingredients — but zero finesse. visually cluttered, functionally messy, and held together with duct tape, it felt more like a graveyard of features than a product users could trust.
worse? no one wanted to touch it. a redesign wasn’t even on the roadmap.
so i took the initiative. i redesigned the entire experience from the ground up, creating a cleaner UI, clearer hierarchy, and a more focused, user-centered flow. then i pitched it directly to the CEO, COO, and VP of Growth.
the result: full stakeholder buy-in, a greenlit redesign, and a consumer hub that finally lived up to its potential.
